Job: China Adventure Leader
The Dragon Trip is Asia’s fastest growing adventure travel company and provides high quality yet affordable backpacker tours round China and Japan . Our young and dynamic team is spread across offices in Shanghai, Beijing, London. We are currently recruiting China Adventure Leaders to lead our tours in Moganshan and Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
• Lead our English speaking travelers and make sure they visit all the places on our itinerary
• Communicate knowledge about the places that we visit and tell them about the area’s history, culture and local legends
• Take them for group meals each day; order and translate for them and take into account special dietary requirements.
• Be friendly, open and respectful
• Present yourself in an appropriate manner and always wear the endorsed Dragon Trip clothing
• Submit accurate finance sheets and make sure that you keep trips to budget
• Ensure that customers are safe at all times and that you have a first aid kit and information about local hospitals and knowledge of the risk assessment of activities and accommodation.

Compensation:
• Competitive salary based on how many days per month you work, and how much experience you have. Please enquire for further information about the daily rate.

Directly reporting to the Adventure Manager in our Shanghai office.
