Management Trainee Programme
In Nike, our Mission is to unleash human potential. The Ignite Management Trainee programmeis specially designed to accelerate your development by immersing you in the very heart of the Nike business. Once onboard, each Management Trainee will develop through a carefully-designed 24 months’ rotational programme, giving you key understanding of our consumers, products and dynamic marketplace. Your development will also be supported by our world-class mentors and managers who will lead, coach, drive and inspire you every step along the way.
